AI agent banning account's of scammers
Hello, I was victim of attempt to take charge over my account by alleged "Steam Support". By official statment of Steam, Steam Support would never contact me by Steam Chat. So my suggestion is to introduce AI agent that would ban accounts that pretend to be Steam Support that are trying to do "investigation" and provides malicious instructions. I am happy to hear your opinions.
Below is screenshots of conversation with scammer:

If you know which account set its display name to something that looks like "Steam Support", report it for having a profile name that breaks the rules.

Whatever method they used to get around the usual filters is probably something Valve wants to fix ASAP.

Valve cannot implement that, because GDPR. Using AI is very expensive for Valve as well.

Or maybe just report the account for impersonation of Valve Staff and block the account?
AI isn't cheap and it is far from perfect.
Would most likely cause more trouble than what it fixes.

You know what happens everytime some company introduces AI to the moderation team?
Answer: The AI almost ALWAYS goes rouge and bans innocent people. Just look at Youtube's current moderation.

There are zero innocent people on youtube.

Sounds simple, but not everyone is aware. I think we need to find the way of prevention of such scams for people that are not aware of the problem.

The accounts that contact you usually aren't property of the scammer either. They're usually the accounts of other victims used as mules.

Since that, shouldn't suspicious chats be suspended? I think as starting point introduction red sign "Steam Support never contacts with users by Steam Chat" is somethink sensible.

Internal script will do better than AI for that purpose.

Simply rejecting input and taking action from a script does wonders.

Sounds simple

Extremely, just about anyone can do it.
