Aka while it's not exactly what you want (i think?) you can create tons of list, so check online for a guide just to ensure it's clear how to.
Also, did you know you can always check what games you played as if it was a calendar? this also can help you check what games you actually enjoyed playing. But yeah, i forgot how to access it, nevertheless, end of year soon so steam will show it to you soon enough

Yes, i can create a list for games that are interesting to be gifted. But I need to get into the list, select game and from there go to store page and check price.
My idea is a list with a view like "wishlist", so thumbnail, name/shot info, price/discount
All in a single page. And may be notifications if something in there is discounted
