When I apply a tag to a product on Steam that isn't included in the popular tags, my applied tag isn't included on the tags on a product in dynamic collections.

For example, I applied Co-op Campaign to A Way Out , and then I created a dynamic collection in my library for games with co-op campaigns, added the Co-op Campaign tag and A Way Out wasn't included, I had to manually add it for it to be included, even though I applied the tag to it.

Considering that my applied tags aren't stored locally and are synced between devices, it makes sense to me that my tags should be factored in when created a dynamic collection. This wasn't the expected behavior for me, so at first, I thought something wasn't working correctly so I restarted the Steam Client to see if that would change anything, but it didn't.
