This wasn't posted for you. This was to let Steam know what I want. Also not hard to give options. You could still participate on all the message boards you like even if I had the option to hide Steam Forum(s). Understand? Probably not.

This forum is for everyone! And all posts here are for everyone. Another suggestion would be closing your eyes! That will hide all of them from you too!

Just don’t view them. Problem solved. Steam are not going to implement a feature just for you. A bit of self-control goes a long way.

Also, nobody from Steam / Valve monitors the forums.

Literally quoted Valve's stance on who the forum is for. It's pretty simple English and makes it clear this forum and the posts therein are for everyone.

Troll on. Of course they monitor it. They have moderators. Also the problem is not solved. I don't think it is asking much to allow people options to remove seeing things. I want that and can demand it and until this is changed then the problem is not solved for me. Understand? I think sometimes people on here have a tough time understand anything. It explains why society is even more messed up these days.

Whatever. What I am asking for is not unreasonable. It seems people are just looking for fights about anything this morning. I am willing to bring it and fight despite what I am asking for from Steam / Valve. I participate on the message boards quite frequently but despite that I would like the option to do what I mentioned in the original post. If that bothers you for some stupid reason I really don't care and will continue to ask for the change.

If this is something you think should be "fought" for I'd say you've already undermined that "reasonable" claim

What you don't seem to understand anime weirdo is that people just seem to crap on ideas for the sake of it. Having an option to block all forums or part of it harms nobody. No reason for people to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on the idea but it is what people like to do. I am tired of it.

I think that sometimes people forget that they are not the center of the universe and that not every whim that pops into one's head needs to be satisfied, especially by anyone else.

What the hell is with people that demand features when exercising a bare minimum of self control addresses the issue?
