Can "include" instead of "exclude" be implement for wishlist filtering?

Trying to filter to pre-release games only (to check out/delete old entries that never get rleased) but not able to do so.

Trying to sort by "date release" is inaccurate as well for some reason as alot pre-release games do not show at the top even when using date release sorting.
