Queuing downloads successively has been a thing before Rona, hasn't come back since.

It won't make things faster and most likely slow things down due to the hardware limitations anyways.

Having Steam update several games at once is an easy way to bottleneck your system.

Considering 2 downloads at the same time would go the same as 1 full-speed download it would make little sense. This is along with most people tend to play 1 new game at a time this then makes perfect sense.

punish the SSD too, as steam downloads it unzips and uncompresses the files and sorts them, having 2 or more going will kill any system.
