Improved Hidden Library Management for Large Steam Libraries
Some of us like to hide games that are junk to keep our libraries clean. However, others may want to hide completed games, NSFW games, or other titles we simply don’t want cluttering the All Games library.

The problem is that Steam’s current hiding system mixes everything together. Junk, completed, NSFW, and more making the hidden section messy and hard to manage.

We need a better way to organize and filter games, such as separate tags or categories for different types of hidden content, so we can keep our libraries tidy without losing control over what’s actually hidden. This becomes especially difficult once your library grows beyond 2,000 games.

In addition, it would be incredibly helpful if the Hidden section allowed for more organization options, such as:

- Custom categories or labels within the Hidden tab (e.g., “Completed”, “NSFW”, “Not Interested”, “Junk”).

- Optional automatic rules, such as hiding games with certain tags (e.g., Adult Only) or automatically moving completed games to a “Finished” hidden category.

These improvements would give players more control over how the Hidden library is structured, prevent it from becoming a “catch-all,” and make managing large libraries, especially those with thousands of games
