While I think this would be good for tackling the backlog, I doubt it will be a valve tool.
My suggestion is to get a die, add games to a collection equal to sides of the die, and pick a sorting algorithm that will have games moving as you play them more. This combo will mean that you don't know what a particular roll means until you're basically hovering over the title.
At one point, I had a powershell script that would just simulste an arbitrary die... chatgpt could probably do that for you these days if you'd rather go that route.
I find that the easiest way to conquer my backlog is the steam deck. I install verified games i wouldn't normally play on my pc (controller primary games, mostly) and just play them in bed before i go to sleep.
It's possible there is a 3rd party tool that could achieve this, but yknow, use at your own risk.
