Add to Library option for free games should sort the game as most recent in your library view.
For the most part I keep my library in the "most recent activity" view and for years now, any time I go to add a free game to my steam library I have been clicking the "Play Game" button which starts the process of installing the game and then pausing it, right clicking and clicking manage>uninstall. This forces the game to be sorted as the most recent game activity in the library. This helps with easily viewing what games I just added to my library, especially since I like to add the F2P games to a collection.

However, clicking the "Add to Library" button puts the game in the "No Recorded Activity" pool in the library, thus I have to search the game in my library to add to a collection etc. So I never use this option. This should not be the case. If I add a F2P game to my library, it should be sorted as most recent in my library just the same that a game I purchase will be - regardless if I install it or not.

This request has nothing to do with F2P games counting towards a profile's total amount of games, or even with showing the game in the activity log. I am specifically talking about my own personal library view in the Steam client. This has nothing to do with what other people see on my profile.
