Add "Completed" tag and option to hide completed games from library
Suggestion: add a "Completed" tag and option to hide completed games (Steam Deck)

I have over 200 games in my Steam library and there is no convenient built-in way to separate completed games from those I still want to play. I know about collections and I use them, but there is an important limitation, especially on Steam Deck.

Problem

1. There is no built-in way to mark a game as "completed".
2. There is no simple way to filter the library to hide completed games from the main list.
3. On the desktop client I can move games to a collection and hide them from the main list, and they really disappear there.
4. In Big Picture / Gaming Mode on Steam Deck these games still appear in the main library list, even if they were moved to a collection and hidden in desktop mode.

As a result, in Big Picture mode I still see a lot of games I have already finished, and it is harder to find the ones I actually plan to play.

How is this different from the existing "Hide this game" option?

1. The current "Hide" option is just a generic visibility toggle. It does not say why the game is hidden: it might be trash, a test build, something I will never play, etc.
2. A "Completed" tag is about progress, not about removing a game. I may want completed games to disappear from the default "to play" view, but still keep them easily accessible in a dedicated "Completed" area.
3. Filters like "Show only not completed games" are only possible if Steam understands that a game is specifically marked as completed, not just hidden for any reason.
4. "Hide" is good for games I do not want to see at all. A "Completed" flag is for games I am proud to have finished and want to track separately from the backlog.

What I suggest

1. Add a built-in per-game flag, for example "Completed" / "Finished".
2. Add a filter or option in the library (especially in Big Picture and on Steam Deck), for example:
- Show only not completed games.
- Hide completed games from the main library list.
3. Alternatively, make the behavior of hiding games via collections consistent in all modes: if a game is hidden or removed from the main list in desktop mode, it should not appear in the main list in Big Picture / on Steam Deck.

Why this would be useful

1. Easier navigation in large libraries (200+ games and more).
2. Lets Steam work as a simple progress tracker: what is completed, what is in the queue, what is in progress.
3. Especially useful on Steam Deck, where you want to quickly open a list of games you have not completed yet, instead of scrolling through everything you already finished.

I think many users with large libraries would appreciate a native way to manage completed vs not completed games, without workarounds via collections or third party tools.
