Allow shortcuts work without modifier

if I set shortcut to "F12" I wan't it work even with "Shift" being pressed.

I think it should there an option to ignore other keys.

If your computer requires you press one key to get another to do something different, Steam cannot control that and has no authority to change it.

You have to either change it yourself in your computers settings or get a different keyboard.

idk other games and software work my things?

I keybind screenshot for f12 and when I use "shift" key it dosn't work i need to stop use it so steam can recognize the "f12" shortcut? so its be like "shift+f12" =/= "f12" but i dont like this.

isnt same with you?
