Change source of “Common tags for your ignored products” from raw count to a ratio
It seems the "Common tags for your ignored products" section on the Ignored products page isn't as helpful as it could be. Currently, this section appears to include Tags based solely on how many Games on the "Ignored" list they appear on, but over time this will inherently end up skewing towards Tags that are simply more common across Games on Steam overall.

I’d argue these tags would be much more useful if they were considered in the context of all our Store interactions (at a high level). Namely:

  • Count from "Ignored" / Sum of count from (“Ignored”, “Viewed” (or “Viewed in Queue”), “Wishlist”, and “Library” (aka “Owned”)

This wouldn’t require additional, complex weighting to be useful; a ratio of Ignored vs. Total Interactions should filter out generic tags and get closer to a list of Tags the user truly isn't interested in.
