You can put a developer/publisher on the exclusion list if they have a developer page, otherwise you can put individual games on the ignore list.
valve is one of the only companies who care about gamers so if they would not care they would not have added it to the store pages, so why not. you can already ignore games and devs/publishers, that impacts the visibility already, it would be just another layer of QoL.
Gamers aren't the only customers on Steam.
Right, you stated that, and it was stated this has been brought up previously, for now you simply need to ignore those games.
Tags further down the store page right hand side are developer, publisher generated.
If you want a kernel level anti cheat tag you need to add it and hope others do to.
