Spamming "Is This Game Woke" and adding political commentary to game forums is not relevant to the game. And the majority of people doing that are doing it on fake accounts and private accounts.

They don't need to be posting and ruining the game community for everyone else, especially when they don't even have hours clocked in for the game.

Yeah, they are very stupid people and they are very annoying. It's up to the developer to decide what to do. Sadly, these people will never grow up and they actually get WORSE as they get older.

Nah, people should be allowed to have privacy if they want it. Instead of an easy band-aid you should really just ask for the moderation to actually moderate.

outer worlds 2 lasted me about 5 days and then I tried another game, maybe i will go back right now i am simply exploring the 1000's of options there, discussing about the game is fine.

Why would you seek less discussion on Steam I never really did understand this cancel culture personality Steam Identifies with.

Regardless of privacy settings, everyone who owns the game has a mouse icon next to their name that shows they own it on Steam.

Bots outnumber us though. That's the prblem. Too many people see "thats a lot of people in aggreeance" and take that position when it was just a single bot with alts.

I've also seen plenty of people with public profiles with questionable behavior. Let's remove all forums entirely, just in case someone might say something rude.

Let's expand age verification requirement to all game forums. This would make it mandatory in the UK to have a credit card to use the forums and would make the forums unavailable in Germany.

Valve has consistently held there is nothing wrong with boards having their entire front page be threads all about a single topic. They have been extremely consistent about this. So your suggestion is to try to fix something Valve does not see as a problem

you can't spam a steam forum unless you own a game, so i don't understrand what you mean. i was stating simply an example of a brand new game people buy on steam to comment on the forum.

as for having your account private? what do you mean maybe people don't want you snooping on the profile they created or the people they talk to, Stalking is a problem on steam please try to understand people's need for privacy.

Level zero is: Full private accounts, Friends only accounts and newly created accounts.

As for Cyberpunk the CDPR moderators decided those who have the game on other platforms can post and why for example any comment i made would show as zero hours as i have the game on GOG Galaxy.

I own it on Steam and have zero hours but I play the game without Steam because DRM free.
