Allow Searching installs/games by Drive/Install location
Due to using an installer that apparently hasn't been updated since Windows XP and the resulting unfortunate series of events, I accidentally deleted my ENTIRE D:/ drive steam install folder; therefore requiring me to redownload ALL games contained within. Turns out steam's in-app search function does not allow delineation by drive/install location, so now I have to manually check every installed game to see which ones can't find an install location. You know, since I can't search/delineate by install drive...

FIX THIS! FIX IT LIKE 6 YEARS AGO!!

Yeah, I was referring to the search functionality included in the library screen, not something buried in the settings menu. An entire search functionality that lacks a rather obvious omission.

But thanks for throwing that out like 12 hours after I manually deleted it all anyways!
