games not playing
I have played the following games that will no longer play and I've tried everything to rectify this and I'm at a loss as to what to do next as Steam will not allow you to contact them. FM Touch 2021 played for 63 hours. FM 2022 Played for 38 hours. Perfect Golf played for 19 hours. PGA tour 2K21 played for 76 hours and finally PGA tour 2K25 I have purchased but could not download and I have a refund for this. Any suggestions please.

If you refunded them, of course you can't download them again, you don't have an active license to play them.

If you haven't refunded them, are you logged into the correct account? If you're not on the account that purchased them, then of course you cannot download them.

I've had a refund for PGA 2K25 so I understand that it will not play. The other games are in the correct account, my account, as these games do show in my Library but will not play. I should have some other games that should be in my Library but don't show, I know these games should be there as when I look in the Store at these games it says they are in my Library but they do not show.

What do you mean when you say they "won't play"? Do they simply not launch when you hit play on Steam? Or do they come up with some kind of error?
