Why? There already is the mouse icon to indicate ownership of the game in game hubs and the post isn't necessarily about Steam Deck even if you play using it. Post itself should state what the post is about. IE. "I'm having issues playing the game with my Steam Deck".

On reviews it does make sense as gaming experience may differ depending the platform it was played on.
