What’s the point of widening store pages if extra space goes unused?
For example, take a look at the Call of Duty 2 store page.

There’s clearly plenty of empty room between “Publisher: Activision” and “Popular user-defined tags for this product,” yet all that space just goes to waste. Meanwhile, the game description/introduction above doesn’t have enough room to display fully — there isn’t even a “Read more” button to expand the hidden text!

The old store layout might have been narrower, but it was compact and allowed more information to fit on the screen at once. Now, with the wider design, the information density has dropped, and there’s barely any increase in visible text. The layout just looks emptier and worse — who designed this thing??

Even if they don’t want to give more space to the game description, at least make the “Popular user-defined tags” show two lines! That would look much better than wasting all that room. If you’re sacrificing information density, you should at least gain something in return!
