Watch List (A separate Wish List)
I believe we should be able to create a watch list, for games we're watching, but aren't wishing for. Imagine for instance you got a public wish list, and your friends can see that a game you want is on sale and they buy it for you. But oops, it was just a game you were watching so that you could evaluate it later and decide if you actually want it!

I've actually been watching some games and DLC that I don't want, because I want to keep track of them and what happens with them. So I think it'd be nice to have a watch list, so I can separate things I actually want, and things I'm just watching.

I'm sure I'm not alone in this either, surely there's a sizable portion of other people who'd want the same thing. (Also a shame that you can't upvote/downvote suggestions/ideas here to show support).

Is this not what the "follow" button is for on the store page?

No, that just adds its news to your steam client, its not an actual list you can check and scroll through the way you do on a wishlist.

Yeah fair enough. It's not a feature i use so I'm not 100% on how it fully works.

Not a bad idea, otherwise.

Perhaps next to the follow button, a watch button. A bit like a stronger follow adding it to a watched list in your games list much like the wishlist tab is. I dunno. I just want an easily accessible list of games I'm watching separated from my wishlist. :P
I think it's getting late. I'm having a very strong sense of deja-vu here. You can't imagine at which point.

That said, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the suggestion itself. It's quite reasonable and I can see that being actually useful to quite a few people.

Interesting, I didn't know that. I thought it only added it to your news feed. I'd hate to see news of these followed games spamming up my feed though when I only wanna check on it once in a while.

Although, will I be notified when a followed game goes on sale? Nope, and the follow page doesn't even mention a price. xD
