Subscribe shouldn't mean downloading and enable mode automatically, this pretty annoying when you don't have space or you can't have mature/adult mods in portable devices.

steam now have steamdeck this should be high priority, otherwise ppl well just favor using 3rd party mods website bc it's more manageable.
