If people wish to give games they can without some special systems
Friends can already do this. Is making friends to hard? You just want presents? Well... good luck with that.
Also frankly, there's better ways for users with money to support charities buying games for "needy" PC gamers.
You make these sounds like obvious goals that Valve is trying to achieve, and you have the solution. But what if they aren't, and it's just made up whimsy on your part, then what you really have is a solution looking for a problem that doesn't exist.
It doesn't take anything up from Valve or anybody if anything like i say it can be used from leverage if you want to have a corporate perspective
It would only lead to more begging.
If someone cannot afford video games, then it is not the responsibility of others to do so for them.
