Bought a game off Steam recently that charged my bank the funds for it, then didn't give me the game. It made me re-purchase the game instead, which I dont have currently to buy ANOTHER COPY. I'm told by Steam Support that no charge or purchase has been made, but clearly have the charge in my bank account with the specific amount for the game being taken out.

I'm told I need to wait 2 months for my refund..
