This doesn't really seem like a suggestion. There's also plenty of devices and configurations available to the general public.

Steam is not going to give you a job.

Isn't it funny that first it's all "I want to apply to be a mod" (major red flag, btw) to now wanting a position at Valve? Everyone can see the real angle where someone just wants to be in a position of power to abuse it because 'mUh ScOrPiOn'S sTiNg'.

yes but i have a very good one.. and i am used to making games not meant for handheld devices run and play well.

you can search my drives all you want it's not in there.

That doesn't take much effort and depending on the hardware & software, is incredibly easy to do.

also i have applied for a job at steam 3 times and been denied even tho i am a very very good engineer at this point i think it's because of the false image people have of me.

My keyboard can use gamepad/keyboard combos, my gamepad can use keyboard/gamepad combos, my stream deck can do any keyboard/gamepad combo, all of the above can also do macros from simple to advanced and even automate entire tasks. I mainly use the stream deck for combos and macros, so I have definitely done so already, and more.

Many devices have the ability to program the use of combos with a key press, just like how theres mice with extra buttons for multi-role use or mmo players. None of this is new nor unique.

a on screen keyboard for gamepads... not the other way around.

not for game combos but for high speed typing using a gamepad.

Your OP doesn't suggest you're talking about ON screen keyboard, also if you're relying on ON screen keyboard, you're more likely going rely on 3rd party, or OS to provide this feature as likely want to use it for other things than Steam so make more sense why wouldn't be using Steam to doing this from using your OS, and other apps not from Steam.

It's going to be unfortunate when they learn being an employee doesn't mean being a mod.
