I'm unsure if Windows still has an in-built magnifying glass for these kinds of things.
make it wider it's not 200x screens are wide too.
or do you need to make a old guy blind joke?
Can you take a screenshot of what it looks like on your monitor?
To use Steam on a small screen, you can enable "Small Mode" by changing the startup location to "Library" in settings, which opens a more minimal view.
You can also create a shortcut that directly launches Steam in its "mini" game list view by adding +open steam://open/minigameslist to the executable path.

I don't think a zoom option is necessary, but perhaps an option to have more of the empty space be used.
but may have side effects on other pages.
