steam input bug when using gyro
Hello, I would like to report an issue with the Steam Input update. In the latest version of Steam Input, when the “gyro to joystick” mapping feature is enabled and the response curve is set to “linear,” the actual joystick input curve is not truly linear. It behaves slower when the controller is rotated at low speeds and fails to ensure a linear correspondence between rotation speed and in-game camera movement. This appears to be a bug, and I hope the platform can fix it promptly.

hey im also having problem with the gyro when im playing f1 24. i use gyro to joystick deflection as steering until last september, this past week, im back to play it but the gyro is broken.

how do i try the beta version?

Steam -> Settings -> Interface -> Client Beta Participation

or on the Steam Deck in game mode:

Steam -> Settings -> System -> Steam Client Update Channel

the gyro works normally again for F1 24
