Better Scrollbar
This is a small thing but I thought I would write about it.

In the current steam client, if I place my cursor on the right edge of my screen, I can't move the scrollbar. I need to move it by a couple pixels to the left for it to think that I am hovering over my scrollbar and actually scroll up/down.

In chromium, the steam home page doesn't have this issue but in the steam client it is an issue. Steam is installed from dnf / rpmfusion

For reference, I am using fedora 42 KDE Plasma with 1920x1080 on a laptop.
