Quick menu from icon on taskbar "fixes".
Don't add new purchases to quick launch select automatically, wait till they're installed.

An ability to pin games to it would be nice.

More than 5 would be nice.

...and for those of us blessed with more than one system, making the games listed specific to the system would also be nice.

I agree. I have always despised how newly added games take over the recent list.

You can pin things in that list though.

Id like it if pinned titles did not count towards the limit.

That's not how mine looks when I right-click from the icon on the right side of the taskbar. Nothing says "recent", there's nothing to the left of the games listed like yours and rt-click on the pop-up list does nothing.

I have no explanation for why you cant see that. Sorry.

Its been basically the same with win7, 10, and 11. I forget when that functionality was added to the client. Pics are win10 and for clarity, taskbar position is on left side of monitor.

I'm on W10 too, the icon when steam is running has always been on the right by the clock, sound & wifi when steam is running ...or in the hidden icon section.

...been there since XP/Vista/7.

Ahhh. Try right clicking on the steam icon for the application in the task bar, not the notification icon near the clock.

Nope.

RT click on that just has Steam and unpin from taskbar.

RT clicking on the rt-clicked steam gives open, run as admin, pin to start, unpin from taskbar and properties.

I think it's a joke, on us, when you buy a game only to find another broken ♥♥♥♥ heap middle finger straight to your face by some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ executive that has made the game,,,,than after you take it back and hide it from your library you are forced to see that bloody broken game sitting there laughing at you, :-( ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ STEAM, I'm really over this ♥♥♥♥, now when I load up steam it asks me if I want to sign in my account or someone else, like who? Someone that uses my bedroom computer and wants to buy games that I have already got? WHY! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ MORONS AT STEAM MAKE ME SICK
