A new un-lockable item or purchasable item in the steam points shop. Can be unlocked at some steam levels.
You can choose a single max level badge to put a frame/boarder around. You can choose any level of the badge's icon/sprite/image to display. Say you like a specific image in the seasonal badge. If you max it out and have a Badge Display Holder or Badge Frame (like boarder or picture frame) you can put it in there and select level 15 icon graphic. This way you can customize the profile better and max out badge too. Should apply to all badges. You need to have one Badge Display Holder for each Badge you want to change the Icon image for.
