I had like 32 not that long ago. I bought some DLC for someone else, but they turned the gift down, telling me that their Japanese beliefs required them to pay for the game themself. I thought that was cool that people like that still exist in the world.
I might get something during Christmas time. I might get other things instead of games though. We'll see.
i do occasionally buy games for Steam, for example:
I bought Davy x Jones upon release day, it had a release day discount selling for $6.66.
I pre-ordered Little Nightmares 3 from Greenman Gaming
I bought King's Arthur: Knights Tale upon release day
I must know more about these beliefs. I don’t understand it myself unless it’s because it was not full price since my idea of supporting devs as much as possible would allow gifts since they get the money the same as if I’d bought it myself.
Just 2 cents, pfft I got over 1,000 games and already cleared 550 of them. Best of luck those who have a million games on the backlog.
