Ah, going into a game hub, trashing it, being shown the door. Right. Well, game devs can run their hub how they see fit, provided they aren't being grossly abusive.

Oh and ban was correctly applied anyway. You reap what you sow.
even if you have a what you think is a valid reason
do not behave and i will throw you out
plain and simple
not sure what you are going to get thrown out for?
err on the side of caution until you do know
or be an adult and except the consequence of your actions
The Devs behavior in the thread appeared again, quite professional, despite what they received.
You are not a victim. /thread
Dev's also pay a good chunk of money to Valve, they're a different group of users and they have different rules. There are consequences for breaking the rules they're subject to. Valve isn't going to subject devs to standard user rules in the space the dev pays Valve for. If a dev is behaving that badly towards its customers, that has consequences too. Bad reviews, and a negative reputation for starters. Word gets around.
The one thing users need to remember is devs aren't your equals. And in the space, that they pay for, Valve has given them a lot of power to manage their product/business/community how they want, or hasn't tried to interfere with the the developer on every user's whim.
Users who can't understand that or why, well you should before you start making demands that you want Valve to be a big stick users can swing around to punish devs they're unhappy with. Don't hold your breath.
