Add an "Enqueue all" feature to Updates in Download manager...
Add an enqueue button in the download manager, just like the "clear all" button exept for adding all to the download list.

It used to be a feature. Valve took the Download/Update All button away when covid happened to save bandwidth and I don't think it is ever returning.
