I was playing terraria and this fella who I have never talked to in my life randomly messages me saying I stole rust items from him (I have never played this game btw) and he reported me to steam. I talked with him for a bit and now hes trying to get me to add a "totally real stream moderator" as a friend to explain my innocence.

Is this a scam or is this legit? Also if it's a scam, is it safe to troll him a tiny bit? Thanks.
