I recently tried to purchase a gift for a friend for christmas and paid it via GCash. The payment was deducted but the purchase failed on Steam. I contacted Steam Support for assistance and they requested for the Smart2Pay transaction ID but I'm not sure where to access it. I sent them the receipt from the GCash app but it wasn't what they were looking for / not a valid source as they said.

Is anyone else having this problem with Smart2Pay / GCash? And how do I find the Smart2Pay transaction ID? Any advice will help
