I've been encountering the same issue for the past couple of months. I've also contacted Steam support for a long time and they couldn't even figure it out.

It started towards the end of owning my old PC and now the issue is happening on my new PC.

On my VR view with the Steam Link App it allows me to connect but once I'm in and play a game, the screen freezes and there is a Steam Logo that pops up and spins.

Next, on my VR view it will say "Host not responding" for the title and below it, it will say, "Your host PC has stopped responding. Please restart SteamVR." Which I've done numerous amounts of times. On the bottom left of my VR view in that same window, it shows Error 450.

Now, on my monitor it says "The VRLink Diver encountered a fatal error: [EOS] Threads never reset. Waited 10s. Timed out. On the window on the top left it shows for the title I think, "Restart for vrlink driver."

If anyone could help me on this issue, that would be very helpful. I've restarted my PC, factory reset it, I've watched so many tutorials and nothing has worked, I keep my drivers up to day but that didn't work, I have tried updating my VR and PC that did not work, and I've done everything I could've possibly done.
