Hey y'all, I know Steam doesn't have an email address for support, and I know if you browse the help topics and don't get an option to submit a ticket, then one isn't needed. I find that hard to believe given my circumstance.

I am trying to buy a Steam Deck. I have tried several times throughout the day, using several different payment methods. Each time, the system tells me "This purchase failed, Steam was not able to accept payment from your payment provider." I called US Bank, and they assured me no purchase attempts were made to them, and wherever the process stopped it never left Steam.

At the "failed" screen, I click I need help completing this purchase. I am taken to the next screen, which is an overview of the failed purchase and a recitation of my selection "you selected the issue: I need help completing this purchase."

And that's it. Nothing else, no buttons, no ticket submission option, nothing. Just that brief overview screen.

What in the hell am I missing?
