languege not changing
I live in spain but I dont speak spanish, and everytime im trying to change the languege to english it just resets to spanish again, and it also affects some of the games. somebody knows how to fix it?

When you set you language here are your scrolling to the bottom and pressing save?

You could also try:
Steam -> Settings -> In Game -> Delete web browser data
