So I made an in game purchase for a game, money was taken and it shows it was confirmed as purchased. However the item has not been given to me. Steam's automatic response is "The item has been successfully purchased, please contact the company for support". I contacted the company and they say there is nothing they can do, contact Steam. "If the issue persists after contacting Steam Support, we would appreciate it if you could share a screenshot of the email you received from Steam."

I had sent the screenshot of Steam's auto response but at this point I am not sure who to contact or how. Keep seeing the posts about "follow the guide then select contact support" but the issues I am having do not lead tot hat because they say it's not their issue.
