CANT BUY FROM MARKET USING WALLET FUNDS

Hi, I have money in my steam wallet, 73$. I want to buy an item for $10 on the community market. When i go to buy it, it only gives me the option to "add funds" and no option to buy. My account is 12 years old, ive bought items recently, im not sure why the market is not working for me. Please help!
