Market telling me to add fund when wallet has enough

Anytime I go to pruchase something like a cs2 case I get the prompt to add funds even though I have more than enough already in my steam wallet. I have tried adding more funds 3 times, I can't switch the way I pay, I've tried the steam app and website on different browsers. It's been 3 days of logging in and out restarting steam.
