valve HQ hears a user say “my account got hacked” and suddenly 12 alarms go off and lights start flashing Gabe Newell rises from a secret underground bunker and the steam support Team puts on their full FBI / CIA / SWAT / avengers uniforms and next thing you know they’ve tracked the hacker to a basement in another country kicked down the virtual door, rescued your account, fed it a warm meal and handed it back to you like “here you go king. also we reset your password and we are going to give you a sigma metal. meanwhile epic games support be like:
“have you tried turning your PC off and on?”
EA support:
“we understand your issue. we will now proceed to ignore it.”
Ubisoft:
“just to submit a ticket and good luck mf.”

i just wanna appreciate the fact that we’re basically using the world’s most chill gaming platform with the world’s most overqualified tech ninjas running support in the background
