I get a notification I have a chat message. No info from who, so I click on it. It brings up the Friend List. Back to square one. Now I have to search in the friend list for where the friend is who sent me a message.

What is the point of having this notification system if it doesn't lead you to seeing the message?

IDK. Kind of tired of systems that require me to do extra steps to figure out what is going on when it could have at least told me WHO sent me a message.

What's the point of having systems that don't ease the burden and save time for the user ?

Whatever. I'm annoyed.
