Non-Steam game entries are stored locally and are bound to the Steam account they are added for and therefore do not appear in linked accounts nor on other devices.
Keep in mind that other platforms (Epic, GOG, Battlenet, etc.) might not permit account sharing in the first place. Steam added Family Sharing as a feature to avoid account sharing within the same household as a courtesy which is usually not provided by similar platforms.
Steam does not store data in Windows user profile locations, only in its own installation. Good luck editing the respective file if necessary.
The format is documented here: http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Steam_Library_Shortcuts
I still need to do the categories but I don't have the pain of adding all the games.
Thanks again
