Steam mobile Authenticator
Hello fellow steam users just reccently installed steam again after a long gaming break for the last 10 years. And i had to add steam mobile Authenticator to be able to trade my cs iteams which had just been piling up dust over the last 8 years and surprisingly positively too grown in value and i now had a nice sum of money to use for buying like a millionaire on the great Christmas steam deals that are coming. So i read the faqs read issues on steam forum so here's my issue. I got the email at lets say 29 november at 11:32 your steam mobile Authenticator has been added. So from everything i then read up on about and on forums i would then should have had the 15day trade hold removed yesterday at 11:32. So i tried to do a trade with friends and i still have the yellow marked box hanz hasn't had steam mobile atebichator for over 7 days so the iteam will be held for 15 days. I contacted support which you all know then adds another 2 days of waiting time. And all the response i got was literally him copying and pasting the faq page for mobile Authenticator. So im just lost and looking for advice or help why i still have the trade hold issue since im now gonna have to wait another 2 days to get a new response from support and then there will probably be some new hurdle where it's another new thing that ill have to wait 7 days for then asking support waiting another 2 days. I just want this to be resolved before the Christmas deals are in. Yes i know Support can't remove the holds or anything like that just wanted confirmation from them ive indeed had it for 7 days and that everything was proccrding as it should and them just saying yeah you'll be able to trade on this date yadda yadda and you also have to fix this before you can trade excetra. Sorry post got a bit long just feeling a bit lost and irritated about the whole situation anyways i hope y'all have a good weekend and a happy Christmas in Advanced.
