Market (Fix)
If you are experiencing the "Add Funds" issue in steam market, set the price you want to pay to $0, then set it back to whatever the actual price is you are willing to pay.

im experiencing this problem too. This works.
It is weird. I thought my account is being weird. I have to like purchase a game then had to refund it. just to refresh my account because restarting steam and trying to buy stuff in market using in mobile doesn't work.
