I recently had to reinstall the Steam client because it was not booting. I moved the Steam apps folder to another location and then moved it back after reinstalling. Now my games are running slowly, and my PC is in performance mode, and I suspect it is due to the 0% usage.

I use Linux Mint, and I don't know what to do now.
