is this a scam? (help pls I'm scared and sorry for band English I just woke up)
some one is saying my account got accidentally mass reported for scamming and i have to send an email to "support@steamvalverequest.com" to submit an appeal. I tried asking steam support but they haven't gotten back to me about anything thats going on.Im really scared they seem to be telling the truth but its hard to tell please help.

its a classic scam

report and block and move on

and if you want to talk to steam support you do that here on steam in their ticket system

In many ways but most of the time the scammers put you in touch with a fake Valve employee and they may want you to send your items for 'verification'.

@steamvalverequest(dot)com isn't steam's webdomain. So you are emailing "some guy" asking for help. It's very cheap and easy to set up a webdomain for your own custom email address.

It's also easy to make links that look like they're going one place, but actually go somewhere else.

Just too add to what J4AMESOX4D has posted above. They try to frighten you in to doing something that they want, you said it yourself 'help pls I'm scared'. That's what they're hoping for.

Don't click any links they send you and, as posted above, block and report.
Yes, phone scammers use the same thing. They make a false claim of being urgent and trying to make you scared. For example, a scam call saying the police are coming to your house to arrest you for a warrant. This is not true. The police do not call there coming to your house to arrest you.
