If it says incorrect login info, you have to provide the correct login info.

Do keep in mind that your login name is NOT the name displayed on your profile. Since you can log into the webbrowser, check https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/account/ -- your actual login name is displayed in the headline as "xxx's account"

So many steam user with mobil has said this before, steam API issue or not make steam ticket.
i doubt you want advise with clear cache on mobil. to deal with it, and you know the consequence of this if a mobil user do not undrestand clear only steam cache settin gs and do you even have such specific option or remove app and add app again. i and other have seen app get update like that.

I do not use this myself, but i have seen company apps on mobil require reset/reinstall of app to fix odd issue before, atm it look like a steam API mobil only issue.

We have also seen ppl complain over authentocation issue before, and problem is where is the issue. at steam or own api cache, most here think its steam.

i only point at the issue, most of the time problem see to fix itself within a few days, or user makde steam or steam fix it.


We are steam users here, we only have othre steam post with this so few in last 2-3 months with it.


IFi was you i will make steam ticket, because it look like them keep have login issue , but with what.

try go offline and online with mobil or restart it , to see if this trigger a update.
i did that awhile ago with pc at GTA games , and wola pc client retrigger a secrity check, better then Black screen or hang with authetications issue, if you can use that here i do not know, but try see it as worth a try.

i and other has also notice our browser at game page ask more frequent for challenge security check that we are the user/pw or as we said the token has expirea and require reload or refresh page, this could be same at your mobil.

And that why reload or restart could work, so it can fix outdated inof, and you still need to tell this to steam, steam so not read here, if this actual help you.
