why does it take steam so long to complete my transaction, payment went through on my end but still not able to install anything and steam support isnt getting back to me.

That would be on the payment processor. Things get held up, Valve will send you the game when they get the money.

Yep. This could be your bank, or steam, or both. You can blame scammers for making this happen because people were scammed for doing this.
