Note that it can take several business days for these kinds of things to be reversed on the back end. Your account will probably be restricted for the rest of the week as this data gets propogated
Assuming you reversed the charge back, then once it shows up on Steam's end and is validated then you'll be fine. Just know this process is slow
Also you don't really get to be all uppity about 'fix me now' if you literally waited 4 weeks to reverse a chargeback
