Steam internet speeds feel like they are being throttled.
When I download something on steam, for whatever reason, it only gives me around 1.5 to 2.0 Megabytes per second. When I run internet speed tests, they all have come back at around 350 to 460 Megabits. I know of the conversion from Megabytes to Megabits and vice versa, but this feels like a huge discrepancy between the two.

Does anyone know if this is irregular? And if it is, does anyone have any tips?
